Focus: Procurement, sourcing advisory, supply chain management, sourcing management and outsourcing concepts, restructuring & turn-around and post-merger-integration. Moreover, setup/ optimization of sales/service organizations and corresponding processes incl. implementation and holistic quality management solutions (TQM, Kaizen).
