35 years of experience and responsibility in an international aviation group, mainly in the areas of auditing (Certified Internal Auditor – CIA), IT application development, IT projects as well as internal accounting.
Focus: IT- and project-audits, project- and program-management, IT service management (ITIL), application management (esp. SAP, Flight Operations Systems), change management, organizational structures and process management of IT-organizations, cost- and activity-accounting in IT-organizations.
